My 1st time try out detailing...

Wash n Clay n Dry

Apply F1 Scratch Out on bonnet n roof. (using buffing machine.. cheapo type)

Apply Autoglym SRP. (Hand polish. Meg foam pad from NTUC)

Apply Autoglym Extra Gross Protection. (Using Puffy Microfirbe cloth from Daiso)

Lastly Meg NXT Speed Detailer. (Using Puffy Microfirbe cloth from Daiso)

 

Took hrs... hai~

Never been too late..time to do some warm up exercise.. [laugh]

 

 

I think i have been doing too much warm up(speed detailer) without gg to the next step [laugh]

hmm... whats a good cheap and reliable detailing machine to start with? Always phobic abt using those and afraid of getting scratches on me ride.. :P

what is yr budget like..How about a bosch ROB to start off with..Damage is about $169..I used that when i start detailing..Quite a good machine to start off with..Get the correct pads and polishes..This thing is not going to damge yr paint.. [thumbsup]

haha.. uncle~~ my machine very cheapo.. get 2nd handed from forum.. $12.. using cig lighter socket.. not those powderful type... den get Black n Decker wool n sponge pad at NTUC $12 in a pack.. mine is cheapo detailing.. haha...

 

Do for u?? can.. i use my scratch out on ur bonnet?? lol~~

 

haha.. ya.. is gloss... lol...

 

now my ride is smooth~~~ n shiny~~ haha~

i accidentally polished my black plastic... now have those white white stuff there... any ways to remove?? wipe wif water it is gone... dry become white...

Next session..my thought is to skip NXT speed detailer after EGP.. [thumbsup]

EGP - extra gloss protection la... LOL

 

the white color can use Duragloss Wax Eraser 481 form what i know... : )

 

see see when u free lor i go your place use use the machine or i borrow from u, if not will get the one recommended by MD : )

You can try with your nxt speed detailer since u have it on hand..If still cant remove..then you require a wax eraser..I believe the white residual is left behind from your formula 1 compound..

haha.. nope... from my previous polish using turtle Carnauba Cleaner Wax n SRP... this time detailing.. i used masking tape to tape the black plastic parts...

 

i try use speed detailer see can or not...

find some 9227c at cash converters, i saw one some time back.

 

Other than that would be a DA, G220. Because no need transformer.

 

Try getting some APC to remove the white stuff from black trim, usually work for me.
