Enquiry on carr acessories

hi all, im a 1st car owner and i just got into some problem with the PI company that i got my car from. There are some things that i need to check wif u guys here.

i got my toyota axio abt 2 wks ago. after signing the sales agreement, i realise that the dvd player that the company promised to give me is a pioneer branded player but after i read through the dvd user manual, i found out that it is actually a 2DIN player that they gave me. Before i bought my car, the company shoed me an accessories agreement, and it is stated that i will be getting a pioneer brand player. Now the problem is, the company did not give me any copy of that accessories agreement paper and when i called up the company asking for that paper, they say that the paper is a property of the company and it is not to be given back to me. And on that piece of paper, the director of that company did not sign but his salesman did.

So, can i just ask whether do i have the right to get back that paper as it is the only proof that they should give me a pioneer player. And how can i do it?
