Count_duku 4th Gear January 30, 2010 Share January 30, 2010 Audis have the brake assist system, it feels a little over servo-ed sometimes. But it helps in emergencies. You will get used to it after a while.

Eyke Supercharged January 31, 2010 Author Share January 31, 2010 Audis have the brake assist system, it feels a little over servo-ed sometimes. But it helps in emergencies. You will get used to it after a while. most modern cars these days have brake assist but they only activate when you brake fast and hard enough, ie. in an e-brake situation. so unless it was malfunctioning, it shouldn't be the effect of brake assist. Viceroymenthol 6th Gear February 1, 2010 Share February 1, 2010 is it just me or is the A3 (1.8T)'s brakes too damn grabby? made me wanna puke after a few stops from crawling speed, it would be hell to be stuck in a jam in such a car... that is how it is for all audis. you have to get used to the brakes.. just feather the pedal lightly to brake. think maybe u could be too used to the standard (non AMG) mercedes brakes, which to me, feel kind of mushy and really got to have a heavy foot to stomp on the pedal
Alechi 2nd Gear February 1, 2010 Share February 1, 2010 low speed it should have automatic gear downshift so you dun need to always brake rite?? unless u want to die die smell backside of car in front, then bo bian lor ... advise is even if jam, cut some slack with car in front .. and let the car crawl w/o u stepping on pedal
