What size you looking for? I mean the size of the honeycomb not the mesh itself. I using the plastic mesh at my home small windows to keep out insects and birds.

i had the same problem for my chrysler last yr until i gave up order from US.

....for 2 mths it has a rusted BBQ mesh u use in ECP

I DIY a alumimum mesh for my front beumper. I think normally you can see such mesh on the front grills and bumpers. I find that the DIY mesh has smaller gaps. Thus the bigger bugs and debris cannot go through easily and hit my radiator. Saw a few bigger bugs stucked into my radiator grill which was twisted upon impact.

 

I think some of the common metal ones will rust after some time. I've seen those stock meshs made of plastic ones.

Saw some Chrysler ready made mesh online. From us.. plastic type. Looks nice.

 

I guess plastic ones can also be custom made... unlike metal ones, can DIY the size.
