Hi guys i planning to fix bodykit on my ride at jb..FYI i driving a weekend car and the plate need to be remove in order to fix it but the seal on the plate can't just take out without the permit from LTA...So what shoul i do in order to get the licence???Will LTA approve me to take out the seal if i do it in JB???How u guys can enlighten my Doubts..Thank you..

I think it would be very troublesome u do it that way. Why not fix in Singapore, much easier no need to worry about the stuff LTA has.

I driving a proton waja and planing to fix EVO 10 Bodykit which cost 3000rm 1set including side fender and hood...I don't think spore have that body kit for my ride

anyway for you to bring in the kit and get it installed at a LTA approved workshop? Less troublesome. And i dun agree with others dissing your proton. I'm sure it will look good with an evo 10 kit. pls do post pics when its done.

To furrynads i will not drop my idea cause i believe that i able to fix that bodykit on my ride...Don't look down on proton car cause maybe it can outrun your ride...

Hi bro,

 

U will need to take pics of your front and rear bumpers .... if at sin ming take liao can go to nearby kodak instant print out and go back to LTA Sing Ming and fill up the form of the removal of the rivet ... you need to state the workshop name .... thereafter u have 1 mth to go back to any vicom or STA to rivet back .

 

I know the procedures very well cause i did it 3 times / changed bumpers 3 times haha

No worries bro,I've done it twice.

Firstly, get the break seal application from lta or online.

second, get the wkshop stamp and have all the detail work to be done.(be prepared with some pictures)

Submit the application and wella you have one month to complete the transformation.
