Schmi Clutched June 15, 2010 Share June 15, 2010 (edited) Hi! Anyone out there can advise what I should do with fine scratches on my windscreen? Due to my own fault - wrong installation of windshield wipers (didn't take out the protective sheath from the blade). Elfenstar 3rd Gear June 15, 2010 Share June 15, 2010 Hi! Anyone out there can advise what I should do with fine scratches on my windscreen? Due to my own fault - wrong installation of windshield wipers (didn't take out the protective sheath from the blade). Try polishing it with toothpaste. If the scratches are too deep, get some glass polish.

Majordan 2nd Gear July 17, 2010 Share July 17, 2010 the glass used to make cars windscreens is very hardy... are you sure those are real scratches? even normal glass is very scratch-proof. try using a pen knife to cut your dining table top - it won't scratch at all. try using glass cleaner to wipe away for your windscreen or maybe the scratches are on the solar film
