Seems to me can fix 13-inch/12-inch wheesl if tire size no issue

What I've understand is that low speed balancing aka standard speed balancing is done at max 70km/h. Not sure about the tested speed limit for high speed balancing.

Know this thread is rather old, but thanks for sharing the info. Did my high speed wheel balancing with creative trading yesterday. 4 wheel computer balance @ 8x4= 32. And 2 wheel high speed balance @ 15x2=30. The result was awesome! I really didn't know what I was missing until after the balancing. No rattling or steering vibration after! One of my tyres was not even installed properly and was promptly adjusted by the shop. Great job and I am a satisfied customer!
