RX300, RX350 or RX400H

Thinking of getting a Lexus SUV. anyone driving any of the above. What are the pros and cons of the 3 models above?

All the models are very smooth and quiet but the RX270 has only 4 cylinders. If price is not an issue, go for the RX450H as it is the most powerful and fuel efficient. For the latest models, you only have RX270, RX350 and R450H.

family own the prev gen RX300, not stable during cruising, FC 4.9km/l but comfortable and has ample space. not much problem:)
