Yes, I agree that would not happen too..she was lucky enough to witness the incident and shouted at them upon seeing them trying to flee. She also took pictures of them trying to flee away..it was about 100m away from her vehicle. Once she reached downstairs, few passerbys came down to be her eye witness. I must say that these people are the guardians of the neighborhood...very happy that they care for one another...

The signature might be a fake. He might turn back and bite your friend back. Always proceed with caution and don't trust the one that sign his name too fast. Swiftee Clutched February 3, 2011 Share February 3, 2011 Really feel sad for yr friend. But dont worry about anything. Just pass all the information and letter to the insurance and let them sort it out. She already did her best to protect herself and indeed is a very good job done! Many people will be lost if face with such situation. I myself was nearly hit by a taxi driver filtering out from a slip road to PIE yesterday morning if i have not horn n swerve slightly to the next lane. Just be careful and enjoy the CNY. Well...if one who is a mature reader, he/she will leave no room for assumptions without thorough reading. Look around you, articles that were published in the media or even in this forum with their flashing headlines. Do they have an agenda or they just wanted the message to be put across to their fellow readers. It's your choice to view it differently from the author's point of view and with respect to that by saying that I have another agenda is a form of accusation. You should reflect on it. From my perspective, those who act rationally not emotionally are well indeed knowledgable. Edited February 4, 2011 by Noel

Exactly..as mention by one of the forumers here..it is a matter of bad driving regardless of whom it is. The title thread was to meant that it happen to involve with a PRC driver. I believe not all of them are like that...as u too had used the word majority...but to some who do not read it tactfully will think otherwise. I am trying to seek views n help from the forumers here but seems like it was side tracked. Thanks to u know who. What a wonderful world... Have a great new year! Junjie 1st Gear February 4, 2011 Share February 4, 2011 What is with the 'suing trend'? What's the point of buying insurance then? Just call up and report and do the necessary claim via your insurance coy. Sue the other party for more money, loss of use, etc???

Vid Hypersonic February 4, 2011 Share February 4, 2011 Sidetrack a bit since this tread talked about hit and run on a parked car. Whether PRC or not, would any bros here stop, leave your contact number on the car, admit fault/wait for owner, etc... if you hit a car while it is stationary/park without the owner?? Or would you do a hit and run too?
