Car too bumpy

My ride become very bumpy with NF210 spring and 17/215/45 tyres. How to overcome this?

 

It get more bumpy when there is rear passenger

or change to a higher profile tires.

Tanabe NF210 rite?

springs too hard for the absorber to handle, either u change both together tat is upgrade to coilovers or revert back to stock springs.

Or u try to adapt yrself to wat u have bah, addin rubber will not help.

How much is the absorber ?

Driving latio. If change my tyre profile to 205/55/16, will it be better?
