I mean as in no one in the car or driver seat, not ur passengers drunk but u are sober and the driver. i know what you mean... just that i think the law to charge you with intention to drive is errr... to a certain extend i agree to it... but on the passenger side?... its abit ridiculous... cheers ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
