Try Lian Hong Pte Ltd. My friend just got a loan frm them to buy an old van not supported by paper value. But be prepared. Interest rates will be high. They charged him 5%pa and will not loan full amount.

Thanks for the contact bro. Just called them and awaiting for their quote now.

When I told her the car is 19years old she got a shock! haha!

She says she's not sure if the company's willing to extend me the loan but she will check.
