If the families are well established (not only in terms of physical well being), but the country is run / ruled by shitty people, some may like it, some may not. On the other hand, if the country is well run, in a fair and demoncratic way besides other aspects of being a true country instead of a INC, but the families are in bad shape (broken families, violence between their memebers, finacial chaos, etc), lives will not be good for the individuals involved also but others not affected will get to enjoy what the country can offer under such a leadership. So since country is makeup families. Isn't family should happened first? In order to protect family. Shouldn't family get together to form country. Isn't country form to protect the family we love? We need to deal with internal problem first before dealing with external, isn't it? Internal is talking about families down to individuals, no? From Ancient time word of wisdom... It have been so, till modern thinking distortion by carefully tuned education by leaders in high places... it become country before family... I do agree family and country come hand in hand... but there must be a fountation to all this, no? Mountain is more important or the stones that form the base? Mike1234 1st Gear June 2, 2011 Share June 2, 2011 My Opinion is that this is not a able which one comes first, but related to the sequence of pirority a leader must have... in which one must be able to set himself right, then he is able to set his own family right, only then is one able to rule the country and bring peace. Agree...One must set his/her value right...Set his/her family right which is then able to rule the country... However, the country is made up of families, people... Without them...it wouldnt be called country... It's like Singapore... Without Singaporeans and people in Singapore....There would not be Singapore... There's a saying... Question is which is first... first you have the families then you need the container? or you have the container then you need families? Familes or Container come first?
