Keyless Entry..........

Sounds good for yours, what car is it? The bad thing for mind is I have a pair of motion sensor in the A pillar, if I lock and my wife inside the car, it might sound the alarm......

How about have you try locking it manual and leave the key inside? I know it's dumb but I'm in Malaysia very frequently.

I am driving a Cruze...I hv no issue with that...it is Passive Entry Passive Exit...i usually lock my kids n wife in the car when i go buy something n they jus wan to enjoy the aircon...can be away for 15 mins...n come back engine still running n they can unlock from inside of cos in the event of emergency...sometimes i jus pass the key to my wife n she will lock herself inside the car....when I tried to unlock it from outside when I return...no way i could do that..she needs to unlock the car first...

Oh yes, if i forgot my key n tries to lock it there will be a ding sound showing some error codes warning me that I forgot my key and I cant lock the door at all...

Just call the AD and tell them to refer u to the service and repair or even the after market accessories sale dept and ask them. Save u the trip and get instant answer don't bother wasting time to get answer from the service receptionist. Lesson learnt from TCM
