How to identify season parking ticket holders?

Today my patience went over the limit. 20 SP lots only can recognise 3 cars (residents). The rest nv seen before including a MYS reg car. Called the enforcement team. 30 min later they arrive. Then miracle happens as he walk towards the first 3 cars. Owners started to appear and drive off. Other cars turn in, parked in the red lots, saw the officer, leave immediately.

 

The is one car that is not SP holder, parked there and did not get the ticket. Why...passenger ran over, told the officer that they leaving. Then called the driver. Driver came, open the door, got in and then got out and look at the enforcement officer as he do his rounds. Issued 2 tickets and left. So this car didn't move and did not get a ticket.

 

The officer was walking briskly from car to car, I wonder if he only does random checks. I thought they could just scan the RFID tag and can tell whether the car has a valid ticket to park in the red lot.

The problem is...there were so many of them. So I just told the CSO the postal code. The 3rd car I also cannot recognise. First time seeing it there. He walked pass with no ticket issued.

I have been wondering if there is a way to identify the season parking ticket holders for the carpark at my block. I'm not sure if the cars parking at the carpark is always full in the day. All of them has a season parking ticket. How to differentiate.

What I suggest, keep on calling Hdb hotline and complain till they are irritated and problem will be solve.

I think not much use, when you call them they just inform that they will dispatch enforcement officer down to check. But whether the officer got issue summon ticket to the car is another issue.

 

I tried before and call them and even told them the car plate number that one car "suspect" did not buy season parking. And dont know whether the summon officer did not come or whatsoever reason, the car in the end also did not got any summon.

Sometimes those inconsiderate driver ought to teach them a lesson lo. They are parking at parking lots which meant for season parking.

Easiest way. Stay overnight in the MSCP, when the person start their engine, you approached them, ask them one by one. You sure know the answer!

For years, everyday I see dozens of unfamiliar cars taking up the red lots at my carpark which is using EPS. So you can say most people don't care about red lots when it's EPS because they probably thought they had paid for the lot anyway. Most people just want to park near the entrance or lift. Even season holders is wrong to park in the white lot, have you ever thought of that ? Every lot is accounted for and so when u do that, outsider will not have enough lot. From what I see, every man for himself. Terrible Singapore behaviour. What to do ? From driving, to taking train, to eating, to disposing rubbish. our behaviour sucks. Seems pretty out of point.. but it's all about our culture, dont' you agree ?

I think I am the stupid one that insist not to park in a lot that I'm not suppose to even if I need to park my car at lvl 4 or 5 and climb up the stairs to move off.

I believe what goes around, comes ard. If someone who feels that I am a nosey resident and question if I ever park in someone elses red lots. I can reply with dignity that I nv done so.
