Any cheaper alternative for Philips Ultinon?

Philips Ultinon seems to be the brightest HID bulbs but it is sure pricey.

 

Anyone knows a good and cheaper alternative for the Ultinon?

BTw, was your car Original equipped with HID from car maker & been approved by LTA ? Or else it'll mpose harzard on others (You're happy about the bright HID lights BUT others suffrered, so be consideration if illegal mods. TQ)

If caught illegal mods. by LTA, kena inspection & pay inspection fess cum re-instate of non-HID lights, so what's the point ?
