I vaguely remember when she was much younger (~20 years ago), she got into a fight with an old uncle security guard at a bowling alley, together with Wang Xiangqin (or some thing like that), using umbrella as a weapon. Anyone here old enough to remember this?

Quan Yifeng pleads guilty to mischief

Television host Quan Yifeng yesterday pleaded guilty in court to one count of mischief in an incident involving a cabby more than a year ago, and could be placed on probation.

 

The order was made after Quan's psychiatric report was submitted in court.

 

Mr Anandan also requested the judge to not take her public altercation in 1996 into consideration, as it happened a long time ago. Then 23 years old, Quan was fined $1,000 for fighting with a bowling-alley attendant.

Why waste taxpayers money to do a psychiatric report? Its obvious that she cause the mischief.

 

Why can't the first incident be taken into consideration? So what if it happened many years ago? Every past incidents should be considered, to be fair. This makes her a second offender!

 

The court should straightaway jail her, no need to say so much. If she is truly crazy, locked her in IMH for treatment.
