Help! my Galaxy Notes can't connect to PC

Bro,

 

Have been using my Galaxy Notes for several months but today, for some reason, it can't connect to my notebook.

 

Did a KIES reinstallation, but it didn't help.

shut down both PC and handphone.

 

Restart.

 

Try again

if cannot. on samsung kies. do a connection trouble shoot. then shut down note and try again.

 

work for my galaxy tab 7.7

disconnect your phone. navigate to my computer, right click on properties and click device manager.

 

expand the whole list of devices. uninstall those devices associated with your phone. the list of devices in your screenshot can be used as reference.

 

restart your computer. plug in phone and wait for Windows Update to install the drivers again.

on your NOTE go to WIRELESS and NETWORK , USB utilities Click it you will see USB mass storage and there you go
