I guess I will go purchase from AD and ask them install, hopefully they provide the installation..

Was at Kah Motor Ubi today and saw display of ITB100HD, guess KM should be providing installation for it's customer as well. Not sure about Borneo

Finally installed my ebay *ahem* purchased itb100 :D . Realised that there is no recording for my trip back home this afternoon despite card showing i have more than 20gb space avaiable. It stopped recording halfway during the morning trip. Anyone has a similar encounter? Am using my old transend 32gb class 6 card.

Any error noise? Is the red light on the cam lighted up? Try reformatting the card.

Me too make a silly mistake. I unplugged my power cable. Then plugged back, insert into the video output hole. End up no video recording.. :D

One more question. What is the safe way to remove the SD memory card when the unit is connected to the uninterrupted power supply? How do I switch off the unit before I remove the memory card?

the manual says

"do not remove the power source or pull out the SD memory card from the product when recording the data into SD memory card. This may cause the loss of data and damage to the SD memory card"
