I was not entitled to the refund due to an open accident case, and there will be a charge for cancellation.So my idea is just let the current insurance expired in August. Any implication? There will be no problem with not cancelling.Others won't be able to claim on your insurance as you are no longer the owner. Remember to retain the hand-over form given to you by the car seller as prove of the exact date and time you hand-over to the seller.
