Manufactured in Europe. Touted to be a fuel cracker. Improves torque and fuel comsumption. No need to cut fuel line. Cost about $280, and takes 20mins to install. The full name of the gadget is: Rejuvenate Restore Empowerment System. Anyone heard of this, or use it before?
