Some of them used the bright light kind of bulb and in fact it's not brighter, just that it 'looks' brighter. And these 'bright bulbs' actually burnt their headlamp... Pls advice... Only the Philips Blue Vision & Vision Plus are LTA approved. And they are indeed brighter than other blue bulbs which appear brighter but are not actually and the blue tint is achieved by tinting the bulb. Philips make their brighter by increasing the intensity, using better filaments and a special inert gas. And no, I don't work for Philips. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Frankly... i've come across quite a few cars... with freaking bright headlights... and it's really irritating travelling in front of them!! ... they are literally forcing u to go behind them or get so far ahead that u'll not kana the bright headlights.
