Appreciate yr help to recommend a reasonably OK (price and quality) installer who dun mind going a simple job to fix a 2 channel amp under driver's seat and change the front door speakers to 6.5" component speakers, preferably nearer the West or Upp Bt Timah Rd area. What would be the estimated charge for such a job ? Thks very much.

Oh ya... going to find him to see whether i can get components sets...

Hey, is this guy's product cheap?

he's offering the MB Quart DSE216 for $250..

and this ALpahsonik for $120 and the Oris-AS for $180.

installation is another $30 bucks.

Any advice? .. As I have been warned by our brothers that AutoBac is not really that value for money.

He is not running a shop front. I only dealt with him as I've sold him something before. From there, I got to know that he's freelance in ICE. Maybe just give him a ring and see if he can offer better from his sources?

Just want to thank the bro who recommended me to Jason from JK Audio (strange, can't find the thread anymore). Indeed "cheap and good". Charged me 30% less than quoted by Alexander Village, quiet, nassuming guy who takes his job quite seriously. Changed my stock HU, front component speakers, and installed a small amp in less than 2.5 hrs. Would recommend him to others (his shop is at Blk 253 Chua Chu Kang Ave 1 opposite Keat Hong camp).

I paid him $100 to install the HU, components (front only) and amp. He supplied one clear fuse holder and fuse, and 2 MDF boards to mount the new speakers. I provided own speaker, power, ground and RCA cables.
