Junjie 1st Gear December 14, 2003 Share December 14, 2003 Hi Bros, Need help on this. My friend's leather covering on the inside of the side doors are peeling off in his 5 yrs old Mitsubishi. Guess it's probably due to the daily parking under the hot sun. Anyone can advise to DIY it using glue ? What kind of alhesive does those leather shop use for car interior? Where can I purchase it? Briansoh 1st Gear March 20, 2013 Share March 20, 2013 Wah.. you paste the tape even uglier and veh hard to get rid of the glue stains. For this kinda foam thing you will need Loctite glue gel. Normal super glue wont work as it is too liquid and will just be absorbed into the foam.
