Helooo..

Looking for a sealant for my blue car. Was deciding between:

1)Meguiar Polymer (can't seem to find any feedback..also very X)

2)Autogylm EGP (heard must wait long long b4 buffing off..must use wif SRP)

3)Hi-Glaze 88(Easy to use but heard not suitable for dark colour cars)

Any advise?

Also currently using Auri-gold to wax every week. Not too sure if it's o.k to mix with any of the above.

Thanks!

fl-corolla....where can i get this klasse thingy? is it difficult to use?

me quite concern as the car is exposed to sun and rain everyday in paya lebar industrial area....that's why i make it a point to wax using auri-gold once a week...but can see some water marks coming up... [bigcry]

Hi Bluemike,

For more info on Klasse and on detailing products in general, do take a look at the INTRO TO DETAILING PRODUCTS thread in the RESOURCES folder here: http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=193514;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;forum_view=forum_view_collapsed;;page=un

There was a group buy for Klasse some time back, but all the sets have been accounted for already. However, I think one of the members wants to let go of his set...please PM Jetcool to arrange among yourselves. nod.gif Here is the link: http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/gforum.cgi...iew&post=414715

Hi Bluemike,

I have not used Meguairs Polymer Selant before, so no comments there. For Autoglymn EGP, you will have to wait about 1.5hours before buffing. It is best used after applying SRP. nod.gif

For HG88, yes it is easy to use, sometimes I add one capful into the pail together with my car wash shampoo to clean the car at the same time. tongue.gif

For a dark coloured car, you can try products like Klasse, Zaino, Mothers Sealer & Glaze etc. More info in the INTRO TO DETAILING PRODUCTS thread in the RESOURCES folder. nod.gif

Hi Bluemike,

Yup, AP is using HG88 [Hi-Glaze88] and a mixture of some other stuff, which I'm still trying to figure out. dizzy.giftongue.gif

There is one Klasse left, which Jetcool wants to let go. you can PM [Private Message] him to arrange between yourselves. nod.gif

For ordering online, it should cost in the region of S$100-S$120 for sending by air, which would take abour 7-10 days. Take a look at these sites for ordering Klasse:

The group buy price which we just did was selling for S$93.60 for the same set. nod.gif
