It's about time we give SM a wake up call. Let's trash things out with SM once and for all.

 

Say we list down all our problems with TSB number. Print them out and talk to their technical manager. This time, we gonna insist they fix our problem or face the consequence. I will inform you guys when is the date after we make an appointment with their tech manager. Likely to be a saturday morning.
