Colt and jazz is not the same class as matrix, first of all cc is diff. IMO, They can only be compare with Getz, may be.

I agree with you. Vice versa, with manufacturing globalisation cheap cheap brand also can have preimier brand quality.

 

Last time for electronic product, i only go for SONY (Japan), sharp etc, few years back I go for Samsung (korea), now I go for Shinco (China).

If I'm not wrong, saw in the LTA website that the Matrix is only available in S'pore 2nd half of 2001 so I don't believe there is any Matrix on the road now that is more than 3 years old.

 

I've drove my Matrix 1.6A for 14 months and have only achieved 8.6 to 9.6 km/litre which is very very low even with all the mods I have done. Other than that I'm very pleased with my car. I read somewhere that the earlier stocks of Matrix like mine have Alpha version engine while those recent stocks have an improved Beta version engine which have a better FC say 10 to 11 km/litre (for auto).

Your FC is commendable, want to share with us your enhancements made ?

 

And you are comparing Matrix with a Scenic , is it due to the weight / build ?

yes based on build, weight and function ie. Mini MPV.

 

My FC is more on driving habit. Effective enhancement is Jet cable, irium park, KNN and E68. But not necessary lead to good FC hor.

U don't believe I can't help it... 10 plus km/l in iclubmatrix community is not uncommon, some kaki got around 13km/l.
