Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 Was it those super stiff one cos I'm looking into other brand before I settle down for tein type wagon.
Saaber Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 If if the tein one is price just slight above hotbits, go for tein one...
Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 But then the price diff is $400 so a bit temp to go for Hotbits due to the price diff also.
Saaber Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 Hotbits only height adjustable....of course cheaper lah....for both height and shock adjustable, more expensive liao...might as well go for tein one...
Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 But type wagon is only Height Adjustable shock absorber but they say that shock can be adjusted as well leh. Actually wanted to look for super wagon which has Height & Damping Force Adjustable shock absorber but not avail for my car.
Saaber Neutral Newbie February 17, 2004 Share February 17, 2004 if only that Tein height adjustable only, then go for hotbits loh...
Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 25, 2004 Share February 25, 2004 So how's the coilover? booked last week, will only arrive in 3weeks time. 3rd week of this month. Bro, have your coilover arrive ? Like to hear some review from you .. .. ??????
Phochem Neutral Newbie February 26, 2004 Share February 26, 2004 yup yup, arrived liao!!! so far i like the stiffness (but it was real stiff when 1st fitted). The springs had somehow "run in" abit now. when the set of coilovers were new, had a very terrible experience driving in J.B. Anyone with dentures sure drop... felt nauseous too... front spring rate at 5.5 kgf/mm and the rear at 4.5. Now "gup" corner with more confidence... Strangely, does increasing the spring rate improves road holding capabilities of the car? The tyres seems to "chiak" better (AspecDB somemore). Genie47 1st Gear February 26, 2004 Share February 26, 2004 Upgrade those tires. Car will stick like glue anywhere! With better tires, floor it while you do the corner or bend. Everyone will be thrown to the side of the car. Nausea? That's the whole idea!
Phochem Neutral Newbie February 26, 2004 Share February 26, 2004 yeah gg to change that tyres for sure but meanwhile "buah" abit more to fully utilize it .
