Just change the rear muffler. Its not legal but usually TP will close one eye unless you put a hugh tip sporting on your exhaust pipe. That is a invitation for the TP for them to stop and book you.

 

I was running with a cat back on my Civic....not loud unless I open up the revs....no problems with road blocks etc...the idea is...keep your car looking stock. If not you are just asking for the TP to come disturb you.

 

Changing the rearbox alone would cost around 90-120. depending on what brand you take. The cheapest is still hotbits. Sounds a little bassy than stock exhaust...quite a nice note.

I have no idea on this. But according to friends driving 4WD turbo monsters...its better than the Apexi one.

 

But HKS stuffs should have some standard....just a matter on the pricing only.

 

I love the HKS Super Drager....damn good exhaust and even more silent than my stock setup. But too pricy for me. 2K plus !!

I want to change my CAT coverter, which one recommend to change the cat MAN exhaust or Fongkim? I'm driving G9 corolla

Hi Ghostrider, can you enlighten me what is a "cat back exhaust"? Been seeing this term very often but never really know what it is. Thanx! :)

You want to change or remove ? Got those hi flow CAT convertors...but not cheap....cost around 1K plus.

 

You can go to any exhaust shops....FK or MAN...Jeep Chee etc. Easy job...but its illegal hor...in case you dunno.

FK , Manz & JeepChee.Which have the good workmanship. Any advise from u? Mi just wan to change the dummy CAT only for G9. I ask Manz they charge ard $150 and FK charge ard $150-$180. Not sure JeepChee charge how much? Anyone noe?
