K & N Filter

Hi,

Does installation of K & N filter voids the warranty? I am driving a new Altis and is there any modification to be made if I want to install K & N Filter. Thanks

Should not be a problem.. but I changed to the stock filter everytime I goes to them for servicing just to prevent any un-necessary conflicts.

Didn't understand what you mean by changing to stock filter. You mean it is just a replacement without having to do any modification? Just put in the K&N filter into the cover and take it out and replace with normal filter during servicing?

Yes, it's just simply install by removing yr stock paper filter and drop in the K&N filter, no modification and no warranty void...just make sure u get the model suitable for yr car....check out the resorces thread, someone is selling it...

If you want to confirm whether BM voids your warranty for using aftermarket products, its best it come from the horses mouth.
