92 model. Wat make and model? For fuel inject you will not be able to see the choke. As engine is built in ways that when cool start the rmp will auto high and slowly goes down when warm. Advise may U need to send in for a top overhaul... or check on your plug cable and spark plug... and get them replace

I have the same conclusion as you.... hmm.. it's not so much of the choke(being an EFI car as another peer pointed out) rather than the gear box.. I think a ATF fluid change should be done immediately and then if worse comes to worse... a rebuild.. but that was what probably made the previous ownder sell....

 

PS-Forget about going to the 2nd car dealer.... once a deal is done.. no such thing as back up support!! Even they avoid your phone calls!
