Grounding & voltage stablizers

Is there any difference between the two?

Basically, these are two different applications working for the same purpose.

Ground is cheaper and more stable.

No comments....but good grounding in electrical circuits are essential...

Though sounding the same, they are a little diff. Grounding is ensure proper elect conn while voltage stabilising works by minimising the fluctuations in the voltage. Therefore, you can have good grounding but fluctuations in voltage if the latter is not stabilised.

Does grounding apply to new cars too? Heard that its better for auto tranny cars. Correct me if I'm wrong.

mostly does not help much.. but grounding dont cost much and it does make a difference,

new car cannot feel it one..

 

ground ur auto tranmission and the o2 sensors for new car i guess.

DIY is the best anyway... buy cables from sim lim tower and under 50 u can get a lot of ground pts.

A lot of mixed reactions. Some ppl swear by it whereas others don't give a hoot. Depending on your car makes and models, some of the grounding are using the loop grounding method instead of of individual grounding done for after-market mod. Basically it does not matter whether it is manual or auto trans, if the original grounding has been properly or improperly done.
