Unused COE

Hi, I'm new here, just also want to kepo a bit, anyone realized or noticed that for the 1600cc and below COE of this bid, there was 1 ticket unused, wander why ? There were 3800 bids, how come 1 unused???? Anyone one can kepo to discuss......

Actually for the previous rounds also have 1 unused COE lehz.

How can like that one... bid already don't use, than hoh.. bid high high, others got to bid higher to get it.....

Unused COE occurred when the last few bid were the same price but not enough COEs for the bidders who bidded same price.

 

For example, from top to bottom, last 6th bidder bidded $20, and incidentally last 5th to last bidder happened to bid all same at $19, and there is only 4 pieces COE left, so last 6th will secured at $20 (so $20 will be the result, and also 6th bidder will takes up 1 of last 4 pieces of COEs), 3 pieces of COEs will become "unused".

 

These unused COE will roll into next bidding.
