Exhaust pipe rust - where to fix?

I had changed my exhaust pipe recently before sending my car in to the spray paint shop. Somehow at the paint shop, water accumulated within the pipe and made it rust a little. I called tuff kote and they say they don't do rust on exhaust pipe. Anyone know where I can get the rust fixed? Thanks!

rustly pipe? i think it is common right? my dad camry also rustly but it is SFL new car.. dont think it is a big problem right> ?
