Starting problem for Suzuki

Bro, can anyony help me? Face problem in cranking(No power/ No feeling) the car after a distance drive. Need to wait for a while then can crank. Everytime happen went engine is hot. Try changing the battery but no use. Thanks in advance

Hi! there, Peter,

 

There's nothing wrong with your battery. Get a wireman to check the solenoid on the starter motor. Alternatively, get him to connect a relay to the solenoid, it could be that it's not receiving enough voltage from the battery. Do you start your car with all the electricals switched on??

Maybe u can give more info on your problem like

1. What car u are driving, year and model

2. How old is your battery

3. Did you do anything b4 that happen

4.When you first discover the problem

5. other infos if possible

 

This will give us a better picture so that we can give you more accurate feedback.

Bro, u hit the right start spot. My mechanic did a check and due to the life span og my starter(6 yrs). He add a relay onto the starter. Seen problem dissolved.

Thanks for the help. problem solved. I'm driving a 96 Wagon R. Juz change batt. It happen only after a long drive. No cranking. Tester today under same condition. seem ok after relay added.

Did your mechanic teach you to start the car by hot-wiring the relay cables, if your ignition switch cannot crank the starter?

 

Ask him to show you how to do it.

How much does it cost you to fix the problem?

Relay added, did you car have a relay previously. or a new one added.

Cost me $20, cheap. Cos starter does not come with relay.....
