Foursprings Neutral Newbie July 11, 2005 Share July 11, 2005 So are you saying that a cab driver works 8hrs a day and more than 360days a year but makes only 1k somthing a month? Then might as well change jobs. pls read my comments again....when did I said they only make 1k a month...must as well work as a security officer wif 1.2 to 1.5k a month.... my comments; let me give u a clearer pix...on the rental & collection if 92/- per day rental. bigger cab..each shift 12hrs rental is --$46/- diesel per shift (assuming clocking abt 250km) -- 17/- capital -- 63/- so to get of income 100/- per day, the collection must be 163/- min for a 12hrs shift FYI. in fact some of the healthy driver(hirer) works more than 360 days an yr including new yr day...took a few hr 'off' to visit relatives nia. That wat my bro-in-law doing for a couple of yrs just to ensure get enuf earning to support his 2 children thru the tertiary education. I still can't derive how much they make a month from your above post. Previously, I said that they make $2-3k a month but I think from your previous post, you were trying to tell me that they make less. ↡ Advertisement

Ravinged 5th Gear July 13, 2005 Share July 13, 2005 No kidding ... 15 minutes flat. When I drive, I need at least a good 20 to 25 minutes to get to Harbourfront ... considering I'm on a constant speed of 100km/hr on the expressways and slightly slower on Clementi Ave 6 stretch, Alexandra Road stretch ... Make a guess what speed he's on? Ed ↡ Advertisement
