My RGB is used up for my RoadNavi GPS liao...so cannot put any iPhone cable liao...

BTW, I'm using Nokia N8 (Belle) and the BT phone function is very good, no problem on syncing contact and dial list.

However, I pair with my wife Samsung Galaxy S3 and after a while, the phone hang. Guess not much use on Android phone.

Anyone having issue with BT phone function using iPhone? I may wanna get the iphone 5 when it is out.

Huh? Why you miss ur DVBT? You can use back ur old one mah.

By the way, mine is DigiStream (Unify). So far so good and got teletext and can do recording too. I plug in my Sandisk ultra small USB thumbdrive via the normal USB extension cable and record the TV show. Then bring home to watch.

Take note that DVBT will phase out next year 2013. It will replace by DVBT-2 and the hardware will change.

The solution is to sell your Papago and use apps radio navigation...too bad.

I have tried iphone 3gs, 4 and 4s with bt phone function. All works well.

Wa, Chinese Opera.... I miss watching Chinese Opera in Kreta Ayer theatre, those good artist are long gone...

Now I watch something different, Youtube.

Removed and sold when I "dekit" last time.. :(

Most likely won't install again until DVBT-2 since current channels are limited to 3 only.

My antenna was stick at rear bumper last time, signal wasn't that optimized.

Hi, it is a separate module that connect to your HU RGB connector. If you connect it, you cannot use the iPhone cable liao.

It can update to latest AGIS or Papago software and lastest map.

The software is around SGD52, and I find it pretty good for navigation.. I might post a video on it once I install my car camera.

Navgate Drive S.E. Asia

As for the CD-IU201S cable, we need to install this cable to use apps radio.

If already spent so much $ on getting the head unit for its features, might as well install this cable too.

You can try Autobacs for getting/ordering the cable.

All and all, it is cheaper than getting a seperate navi unit. Navgate Drive has Malaysia, Indonesia & Brunei map too... you can use it with your Iphone when you travel to those countries as a walking/traveling navigation, not necessary for driving use only.

But then again, I think your Papago navi might be better than Navgate Drive. I saw some Papago screen shots and it is very informative.

Yes, I agree wif you that iPhone navigation can be both in car and also on walking.

The reason why I install the separate unit is I dun have iPhone also. Initially i tot of getting the cable and get myself an iphone and purchase the Navgate. I may end up spending more than a separate navigation unit.

For those have iphone, i think it is best to get the Navgate and cable, it save alot than getting a separate unit. My Papago in-car module also have Malaysia, Indonesia & Brunei map too. It use Malfeee map and it own SLA map.

By the way, just wanna ask is the iPhone cable CD-IU201S or CD-IU201V can charge the iPhone?

By the way, I think there is a promotion of Pioneer till 31th Sept 2012. it also consist of Navgate Drive at half price for the first 150 customer. Correct me if I'm wrong.
