1) need time to transfer money or car, even if it’s minutes

2) usually one person has to pay first then the other transfer the car

if money transferred over already, then for some bs reason can’t transfer car ownership eg loans not settled, login problems etc, how to foresee these ?

I thought of a senario which not sure in real life can happens.

let say buyer and seller meet and then buyer transfer money already but seller can’t transfer ownership for some reason, SingPass can’t login and so on, then money in seller pocket and car also still in his ownership, then how har ?

Altis still a very reliable car with decades of history behind it. Depreciation is predictable.

Yeah, that area. I notice they usually around in afternoon
normally when I drive I keep a reasonable distance from the front car so when I see the front car braking for no apparent reason, better slow down.

Can any LBX owners kindly tell what’s the real life consumption of this vehicle km per litres?

AD says around 19.6km per litres but online search of pple using says 3+ litres per 100km which is more than 25km per litres. Quite different 

If really sick and want proper treatments, I think most still want to see physical doctor

human touch is one thing 

the physical doctor can definitely see physical signs/symptoms better than online 

If so serious, most sensible pple would just call 995

If really so sick and that unwell to even walk to clinic then why don’t just call 995

who knows maybe some cardiac stuff or stroke or severe septic

he don’t take walk in so that part is confirmed true.

If 20min per patient is his usual standard, means his own standard and the doctors working under him work on vastly different standards. 20min versus 1min

i am keen for this car but 100k coe makes it priced too high

For myself, no hurry to get one. Probably wait 1-2yrs. When coe drops to 80k range, price will come down, and much more so for the almost new used Camry, which I don’t mind having also. That should be a good time to work out something.
