A New Chapter - Skoda Singapore

Short bonnet, Skoda vehicles have very short bonnets, and thus more interior space.... The brand on the other end is Mazda whose vehicles have long bonnets and result in less interior space than its rivals despite being the same length

I am probably among the first batch of Dezire members, booked car the day after Dezire was launched (that wasn't a factor at all).... Picked up car 1st Feb, received Accor Plus membership last few days of Feb, and only received notificationsl to pick up my Dezire package 3rd week of April And I thought mine was slow because it's teething period

There are a few 2008 2.5 in HB form running around, but very very rare. The 2.5 offers more features, but finding one won't be easy. Good luck

The Blind Spot Monitoring will also show up on the HUD, with 3 curve lines on whichever side a vehicle is detected in the blindspot. You can also choose in the setting to activate or deactivate Blind Spot Monitoring. You can choose to set Speed Limit Warning as well

Plus what is really covered under warranty? Very often, failed parts are classified as wear & tear

I was just thinking, why are there 3 of you who equate my liking of a more solid sound when opening and closing the door to perceived safety? Was it the way I structure my sentence? What I was trying to express was "Sound solid meaning the thumping sound of the door closing sounds so much better than the rather hollow sound of the sound closing before adding the sound deadening mat."

You are right, NVH was sacrificed is pursuit of the gram strategy, each team of weight loss counts back then. They were determined to make each new model of Mazda lighter than the previous model. The new CX-5 seems to have reversed that... Have you seen the video for the new SkyActiv-X chassis? They added some sound absorbing material at the joint of the frame itself, and the reviews for both chassis & engine seem to be good. The expected new Mazda 3 next year with the SkyActiv-X parts looks promising (especially if they finally decide to liberate the interior) I read the manual but doesn't seem like we can. Do share it here if you find a way to

The new CX-5 & CX-9 are supposed to be much better in NVH... The 2017 Mazda 6 with G-Vectoring is already supposed to have improved NVH compared to earlier batches... Have you tried the 6? As long as you think it is OK, that is enough isn't? Noise is a subjective thing
