I was waiting on the fourth lane for the lights at Lentor junction, when i notice the construction workers were all trying to cross the road (from Seletar reservoir corner towards the sembawang corner). Then i move up abit and i saw a car standing by it's side on Lentor near the traffic light post. Think due to the road works of closing the Lane 1, they converted Lane 3 into a right turn only into Yiahun Ave 1. Probably causing vehicles to notice too late and forcing them to cut into left.. Couldn't get a good shot with my hp cam as lights were against me. But u could make out the headlight that is higher then the rest. Hope the driver & passengers are alright.
