Ever since the Circle line is open, I observed that the carpark arnd my office is less pack and more car park lot for me to choose. Even the traffic has improved. There were no significant jam on PIE today when I drove to work! Smooth! I also have colleagues who stopped driving because circle line is up. Is this all a ploy by the Government to drive up the COE so that less people will buy cars and utilise the public transport? If that is the case, weill we see a drop in COE soon???
