  1. Not done by professional... Just a simple DIY job which I have carry out on Saturday.. I know I can simply have it installed by those ICE installer. But, as some of you might know, I prefer to DIY my stuff as and when possible. Current setup. From Car battery to amps, there is a 60a fuse. New Setup. To have an additional fuse in between the amp and the 60a fuse. Some of you might not agree that why should I add an additional fuse since I already have a 60A fuse. Reason: Lower fuse would normally blow first if 'something' bad were to happen. And currently the lowest fuse are those in the Amp. As such, I just want to be safe.. Add another 'lower' fuse in between the 60a and 30a (amp), so that it something bad happens, it will blow the new additional fuse first instead of those on my amp. I also want to install another power cap to my current setup. In short, the new setup involve an additional fuse holder and power capacitor. My material cost: Red Cable for +ve (Balance from my grounding project) Black Cable for -ve (1 meter - $2.50) Fuse holder block (1 to 2 - $9) Fuse (30a - $1 X 5) brought 4 for $4, got extra one for free. Lanzar Capacitor
