The girlfriend of Hong Kong billionaire, Richard Li, who is the son of billionaire Li Ka-shing, gave birth to a son named Ethan Li in April last year. Less than one year after giving birth to her first child, the 21-year-old starlet is pregnant with twins again. She is expected to go into delivery in October this year. After giving birth to her firstborn Ethan Li in America last year, Isabella has been enjoying a carefree and luxurious lifestyle. To prepare for her marriage into the Li family and to further enrich herself, she has been picking up Chinese culinary lessons and learning French. It was reported that the older Li appeared very delighted at this joyous piece of news. Although preparations have been made for Isabella to deliver the baby in America, Richard intends to have the delivery take place in Hong Kong instead. The filial son would like his father to be one of the firsts to carry his grandchildren.
