Hi there, 1. It is with dread that I have to write in to your establishment to remind you that buses are large vehicles and if driven without due care, can be a killing machine. I see no point in any cordial letter and will proceed to report this incident to you as I observed it. 2. I do not know how on earth you decide who are qualified to be your drivers and how you carry out your training and monitoring of their driving habits but this has to stop. 3. Please do not patronize me with all your PR words which are becoming so stale. 4. I am sure your office knows by now why violence against bus drivers can become so rampant over these years and as many would say, they probably deserved it. 5. As a large establishment, you take cover behind the law and punish those who attack or humiliate your drivers. I am now asking you to do the same to yourself and your errant driver. 6. On Tuesday, 28th October 2008 at about 10.55 pm, Bus number TIB 741C was travelling pass the Mcdonald
