  1. Saw the late night news last night in regard to the lost of 2 very important disks in England. Also read in today ST at page 3 : Disks containing confidential information of 7.25 British familes get lost in post. A massive security blunder in British has left almost half the country's population at the risk of identity theft and bank fraud. The risk arose after two disks containing the names, addresses, dates of birth, national insurance numbers and some cases, banking details for 25 million adults and children went missing. Private records of 7.25 million families claiming child benefit - a tax-free monthly payment available to everyone with children - were on the disks. Major security breach What the disks contain:Names, addresses, birth dates, national insurance numbers and, in some cases, banking details of 25 million adults and children. With the records lost, you can go back to England and inform that you had bought 10 million Pound of insurance coverage for your whole family.
