Not sure about the rest but I have been noticing lately that a lot of people like to turn their high beams on when stopping at traffic light junctions and blinding those drivers doing the right turn. I have observed that some of them were doing it intentionally. Their headlights were normal when they stopped but when the right turn green arrow comes on, their high beams will turn on and causing the right turning cars to slow down. Then there are those who are on the right turning pocket high beaming at cars going straight and trying to blind them. What was being described above are not about brief flashing of headlights but are those who literally turned their high beams on constantly. What's the purpose of these idiots performing such acts? Are they trying to cause accidents?
