    It seems like there is no clear definition of Green Parking Lots in Singapore It’s understandable those with attached chargers are for EV and rechargeable EV hybrids. Example - IKEA and newer malls There is also another class which are green lots, with no chargers Example - older malls built after 2000 Currently, there are many mild hybrid and non-rechargeable/ range extender Hybrid EVs Will these vehicles be able to park in the green lots without penalty?
