  1. Hi guys, my condo is fitted with the Ferroli gas water heater model GS 20 OE TG. Comes with an indoor display cum controller. Has been in use for 6 years. Recently, the hot water side of the taps have been experiencing low water pressure and apparently the low water pressure causes E3 error and refuses to fire up the gas to heat up the pipes resulting in no hot water. Its intermittent, occasionally it works ok with some heating and some hot water. A check on my gas bills show that it had actually gone down, my simple brain tells me since not using the gas to heat the water, so less gas used. A friend mentioned that the gas is activated when there is sufficient water pressure, since the pressure is low, it does not activate the heating. A check with the repairman says a call out charge of $107 excluding parts. Its expensive! A new heater costs $900! Was wondering if anyone here happens to have this brand of gas water heater and has successfully troubleshoot this particular problem? Thanks in advance
