Das Auto has done it again, delivering over more than 2.53 million vehicles in the first half of 2011. This represents a substantial 11.8 percent increase over the same period last year. In doing so, the company sets a new record for the first half of the year. The news follows last month's report that VW sold over 2 million vehicles in the first five month of the year. The brand also reported an increase in sales for the month of June, with 438,500 units sold, an increase of 9.8 percent over June 2010
