must be some magic, i know that some of the current owners of the Astra G 1.6MTA Twinport engine cars are getting 14-15km/litre ... [thumbsup]

Hmmm.......so possible to modify the Twinport onto the old Ecotec???......I'm driving the Astra G and based on what they said abt Twinport, it will be good to have on my old engine if its just the intake and "badgin"......kekeke

If everything else is the same, you should be able to just swap the head to achieve that. Will definately need a retune though. Just like the 2l CRV block with the B16A head for honda (well usaully they used everything for the CRV block but retian everythign else in the civic).

if there is no change in technology.....only increase in engine cc......then most often....but swopping the block could do the magic with some retune......was driving a EK4 before........but I doubt we can do so for the AStra G using Ecotec with Astra H Twinport......
